Mediation
Mediation encourages separating couples to talk things through face-to-face with an independent third party. The mediator will meet with the couple over a series of sessions to resolve specific issues such as finances and provision
for children, or they can be called upon to mediate through the entire
separation process.
The mediator‘s role is to identify the issues you may both have and help you reach an agreement for a mutually acceptable proposal that you can discuss with your own solicitors. The mediator will not take sides, but will give you all the help and guidance you need to make clear decisions.
